Why is my bundle not showing on the product page?

If your bundle is not appearing on the product page even after setup, it’s usually due to a configuration or display issue.

Follow this checklist to quickly identify and fix the problem.

1. Check if App Embed is enabled

Your bundle will not display unless the app embed is turned on.

Steps:

  1. Go to Shopify Admin → Sales Channels → Online Store → Themes
  2. Click **Edit Theme **on your current theme
  3. Open **App Embeds **from the top left corner
  4. Search & Enable Fly Bundles Quantity Breaks
  5. Click Save

2. Check bundle setup (based on bundle type)

Each bundle type has a different setup and display logic. Make sure yours is configured correctly.

🧩 Product Bundles

  • Go to Offer tab
  • Check:
    • Products are added under “Products in bundle”

👉 Important:

  • Product Bundles are attached to the main product page automatically
  • The bundle appears on the product where this bundle is created/linked

⚠️ If:

  • No products are added → bundle won’t display
  • Bundle is not properly linked during creation → won’t show

🔁 For Frequently Bought Together (Upsell)

  • Go to Where to show this offer
  • Choose:
    • Specific products, OR
    • Collections

⚠️ If set to All Products, it can override other bundles

📦 For Quantity Breaks

  • Go to Offer visible on
  • Ensure:
    • Correct product is selected

👉 If no product is selected → bundle won’t show

3. Check for bundle conflicts

If multiple bundles are targeting the same product, one bundle may prevent another from appearing.

Example:

  • A Frequently Bought Together bundle is set to All Products
  • A Product Bundle is set for a specific product

👉 In such cases, only one bundle may appear on the product page.

Fix:

  • Limit bundles to specific products or collections
  • Avoid overlapping configurations

4. Verify you’re using the correct bundle type

Different bundle types have different layouts:

  • Product Bundle → Full bundle view (grid/list layout)
  • Frequently Bought Together → Add-on style recommendations
  • Quantity Breaks → Tiered pricing (Buy 1 / Buy 2 / Buy 3)

👉 If the wrong type is used, the bundle may not appear as expected.

5. Check for theme or app conflicts

Sometimes your theme or another app may interfere.

Try:

  • Opening the page in incognito mode
  • Testing on a different theme
  • Disabling other apps temporarily (if possible)

6. Check bundle status

Make sure:

  • Bundle is Active
  • Changes are saved

7. Still not showing?

If you’ve checked everything above and the bundle is still not visible:

Please share:

  • Product page link
  • Bundle name
  • Screenshot of your bundle setup

We’re just a message away. Our team will help you resolve it. 😊
