Setting Up and Configuring Product Bundles in Flybundles

Steps for Setup:

Ensure the app embed is enabled on the Shopify store, click Save, and return to the Flybundles app.
Click the Create Bundle button.
Enter a name for the bundle and click Create Bundle to proceed.
Add the desired products to the bundle. A live preview will automatically update to reflect the storefront appearance.
Configure product variants and quantities:IF a specific variant (e.g., small size) should not be offered, THEN deselect that option to exclude it.Enter the desired product quantity into the body.Clone products or delete products that are no longer needed in the bundle.
Configure discount logic for the bundle:IF No discount is selected, THEN no changes are applied to the standard bundle price.IF Fixed bundle price is selected, THEN a specific total price must be manually entered (e.g., 100).IF Dynamic discounts is selected, THEN the discount can be applied to all products OR specific selected products. You must choose either a percentage off (e.g., 15%) or a fixed amount off (e.g., $10).
Configure variant display settings:Navigate to Bundle Settings > Variant Display Settings.Select a product and choose the preferred display format: dropdowns with swatches, standalone swatches, or labels (labels can also include swatches).Manually upload variant images, or allow the system to select them automatically.Click Save.
Customize bundle design elements:Navigate to the Design Control Panel and select Customize to open the mobile and desktop preview modal.Adjust the font, font size, border, color, sizes, image size, width, height, and product names.IF images appear cropped, THEN adjust the setting to Contain for a correct fit.Click Save.
Update language translations:Navigate to Language Settings.Select the preferred language and input translations for the available text fields.Click Save.
Configure basic bundle settings:Toggle options to display the compare-at price, show out-of-stock options, or hyperlink the products.IF customers need to add personalized text to a particular product, THEN enable the Personalization text setting.
Manage the Shopify parent product:Open the Shopify Admin to edit the automatically generated bundle parent product (edit name, image, or other details directly in Shopify).
Configure bundle widget placement:Navigate to Display bundle widget on.IF you want the bundle to appear on individual constituent product pages, THEN select the appropriate specific products or constituent product placement.
Configure bundle upsell options:Navigate to the Bundle upsell section.Select whether to place a widget or a redirect button on individual product pages.IF enabled, THEN customers visiting an individual product page will see an option to add the bundle or be redirected to the parent bundle page.

Other Important Points:

Parent Product Generation: Creating a bundle in the app automatically generates a corresponding parent product within the Shopify admin. Any changes to the main bundle image or title must be handled natively in Shopify via this parent product.
Default Widget Placement: By default, the bundle is automatically placed over the native "Add to Cart" button exclusively on the newly created bundle parent product page. It will not appear on individual product pages unless explicitly enabled in the "Display bundle widget on" settings.
Discount Scenario If a merchant creates a bundle and selects Dynamic discounts, they can set a rule granting a 15% discount. IF the merchant sets this dynamic discount to apply only to specific products, THEN the 15% reduction will only calculate against those selected items, leaving the other products in the bundle at full price. The live preview will immediately calculate and display the new total bundle price reflecting this 15% discount.
